last monday at about 1.30pm
my cellphone rang
it was my mum
she told me that my uncle got warded into the hospital
initially i thought it was nothing big of a problem
as he has been going in and out of the hospital often
due to his asthma illness
it was different this time round
my mum informed me that he fainted while he was at work
his heart stopped for 30mins before it was revived
but he slipped into a comma
at that instant
my heart drop
a gusty feeling swept across
deep inside i was already grieving
i rushed down to TTSH
only to see my aunts, uncles and cousin there
their faces washed in tears
there in the ICU ward
i see my uncle laying motionless on the bed
tubes and needed running through his body
his life supported by the beeping machines
the doctor informed us that his chances of survival is slim
even if he recovers
probably his body will probably lose its ability to function well
as his brain is severely damaged due to the lack of oxygen
my heart sank further
when that news was revealed
i prayed to God
hoping for a miracle
yet somehow i knew it was his time to go
uncle was the head of our family
a great fighter he was
he has triumph over death one time
he fought hard this time
his will power kept him going
till it was 12.54am
soaked in tears
i bidded our parting words
thank you uncle for being such a great uncle
always there to render your help and assistance
being there for my family and i
when dark storm clouded our sky
i love you uncle
and you'll be dearly missed
thank you again
for the 18 years of wonderful memories
i love you

was reading yesterday's the newpaper
came across an interesting article that caught my attention

The Reason Behind It
These chemists are saying that the primary cause is physical, not chemical. Their explanation: nucleation sites. If you have a liquid that is supersaturated with gas (like soda, which is pumped full of carbon dioxide), a nucleation site is a place where the gas is able to form bubbles. Nucleation sites can be scratches on a surface or specks of dust – anywhere that you have a high surface area in a very small volume. That's where bubbles can form.Mentos seem to be loaded with nucleation sites. In other words, there are so many microscopic nooks and crannies on the surface of a Mento that an incredible number of bubbles will form when you drop it in a bottle of soda. Since the Mentos are also heavy enough to sink, they react with the soda all the way to the bottom. The escaping bubbles quickly turn into a raging foam, and the pressure builds dramatically. Before you know it, you've got a big geyser happening!

been like decades since i last inserted an entry
i wonder what to type here
aint havin the inspiration to write anything lately
so i guess that somehow explains this entry-less blog
anyway, just wanna put some stuffs across here
you know, some people would just come up to you
or post comments
telling you how boring your blog it and all that -ve stuffs etc.
personally, i dont really bother about such comments
not that im trying to be mean or anything
but if you analyse the basic aspects and function of a blog
it's used to pen down your personal thoughts or events that happened in your life
did ya catch anything
the key word there is the word Personal

basically what im trying to say here is
keep all those -ve comments to yourself
just let the blogger type whatever stuffs they want into their own blog

eat the humble pie and read

Brazil vs Australia

i'll be standing behind to catch any loose passing ball
well.. so weiren and i decided to prank him

and i sneaked up behind, steal the ball away from him and went for the layup
